My interdisciplinary practice gears me towards participatory art and social exchanges, whilst promoting dialogues between interactive partnerships, such as prisons, artist offenders, and artists. My work consists of conceptual recycled materials in sculptures, visual art, multimedia and installations, such as ‘Recycled Rhythm Hub’ (RRH). I’m interested in cultural exchange and enjoy creative social interactive conversations with like minded people.
As owner of My Friendly Planet, a company which focuses on social experiences and public art events within mainstream environments and other non-traditional spaces, I offer positive platforms for individuals to explore change and bring awareness to alternative ways of living and improved well-being such as creative Art4Art practices, and Waste2Art initiatives aimed at organisations in education. My methods further explore self-awareness and awareness of others through individual and collective interactive activities through creating safe spaces that welcome free expression within a collaborative environment. These interactive techniques engage participants in fun and childlike enquiries.
