On Wed 4th November join CAS Associate Artist James Aldridge on a panel of speakers discussing art in environmental education, drawing on the example of his recent project Ash Tree Stream.
Health and Wellbeing through Creativity

This course is:
– Non clinical
– Free to individuals who will benefit
– NO previous creative experience needed
– Providing help with mental health, isolation and wellbeing in general
CAS is pleased to offer a new course specifically for health and wellbeing through creativity. Our first ‘Core Art Journaling’ course with the wonderful artist, Deborah Porter is creative, fun and non clinical, free for individuals to attend and especially for those who are perhaps isolated, coping with low level mental health conditions, or indeed any health issues that would benefit from a little ‘me’ time.
This 10 week course for 6 people is running every Wednesday from 11am – 1pm and will finish with an exhibition at Chapel Arts Studios (CAS).
