Operations Coordinator
Part time - 2 days per week
£25k pro rata
Responsible to: Director
Closing date: 7 September 2026, 2pm
ROLE SUMMARY
The Operations Coordinator is a hugely varied and rewarding role with responsibility
for ensuring the smooth running of our activities. The Operations Coordinator sits at
the heart of all that we do, involved in a wide variety of areas and with a range of
stakeholders, including staff, freelance practitioners, visitors, technicians, contractors
and volunteers. This role would be perfect for someone who has experience of
working in an organisational capacity, with an interest in the arts and who has
experience in venue operations. It needs someone with a friendly can-do attitude,
who enjoys working in a small team, loves finding practical solutions, with great
attention to detail and who thrives in an environment with lots of variety.
With a busy programme of exhibitions, as well as an expanding and ambitious
participation programme, this is an opportunity to work alongside other members of
the team to ensure that our impact is profound within our communities.
